**Job Overview**

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing and checking orders for both online and in-store collection or delivery within set KPIs.
  • Supporting customers with the collection and hand-out of their Click & Collect orders.
  • Ensuring daily operations run smoothly with a focus on order fulfillment and inventory availability.
  • Replenishing assigned areas to ensure they are fully stocked and available for customers.
  • Using inventory systems to ensure stock availability is as accurate as possible.
  • Adhering to safety policies, rules and guidelines to allow for safe goods movement through the store and storage.

Additional Information:

  • Roles are Permanent Full-time 76hrs/fortnight and Permanent Part-time 60hrs/fortnight.
  • Internal job title for this role is Fulfillment Operations Co-worker.
  • Hiring Manager for this role is Hiroyuki Zenno.

  • This role requires availability to work Monday to Saturday 6am-10pm Sunday 6am-8pm.
  • As our store operates 7 days per week you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts.
  • You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month both Saturday and Sunday.
  • To be considered for the role if you do not already possess a Forklift License you must be willing to obtain one.
