Litigation Specialist

To be eligible for this position, you must possess a solid background in commercial litigation. You will work closely with our team of experienced lawyers to provide coaching and guidance to junior members of the team.

As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of interesting and complex matters, including contract, insolvency, property, trust disputes and partnership/shareholder disputes.

You will be expected to demonstrate excellent time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing tailored advice on complex matters to a variety of clients
  • Supporting the team's business development plan through targeted presentations, articles or website content
  • Coaching and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
  • Providing coaching and guidance to junior lawyers
Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years post-admission experience in Commercial Litigation
  • Proven experience practising in a team environment
  • Excellent quality of work
  • Ability to problem solve and improve processes
  • Efficient time management
  • Develop referrers and engage in business development
