As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of commercial and industrial properties.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory authorities and best engineering practices;
- Managing service contracts and budgets effectively;
- Coordinating specialist contractors to maintain assets and infrastructure;
- Maintaining accurate records and databases;
- Providing exceptional customer service to tenants.
You will be responsible for:
- Inspecting assets and infrastructure to identify repair needs;
- Developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve operational efficiencies;
- Fostering positive relationships with clients and tenants through effective communication and interpersonal skills;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of facilities management principles and best practices;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders;
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve common goals;
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications;
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience preferred.
