Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Assist with leading a skilled team of maintenance staff to ensure efficient task completion.
  • Garden Maintenance: Follow schedules and prioritize tasks to complete garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
  • Quality Control: Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.

About You:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or min 5 year's experience.
  • White Card.
  • Valid Drivers' license.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
