Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in business analysis, with at least one year in an Identity and Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity context. You will work closely with IT teams, security professionals, and business stakeholders to understand IAM requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and security professionals to identify IAM requirements and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather requirements and elicit stakeholder feedback.
  • Document and analyze existing IAM processes, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.
  • Evaluate the potential business impact of IAM-related changes, including new technologies, policy updates, and process improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 1 year in an IAM or cybersecurity context.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing IAM requirements, projects, or initiatives.
  • Experience working with IT teams, security professionals, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex IAM concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
