**Job Description**We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an International Account Fleet Support Specialist.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our international account customers at a local/state level, ensuring we remain their preferred choice.Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the International Account team in managing customer relationships at local/state levels;
  • Ensuring customer service level agreements are met;
  • Collaborating with Branch Operations teams to achieve required outcomes for both Crown and the customer;
  • Delivering fleet management reporting such as monthly service metrics, QBRs, fleet registers, fleet optimization, and cumulative damage/abuse spend reports;
  • Conducting site surveys & product demonstrations;
  • Managing new equipment installations;
  • Facilitating operator inductions;
  • Handling short-term rental enquiries, ensuring delivery timelines are met;
  • Establishing customer call cycles as directed and facilitating the recording and distribution of meeting minutes.
**Requirements & Skills**To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • Experience in the MHE Industry or an equivalent field;
  • Account management or operational experience preferred;
  • Understanding of Microsoft Suite of products;
  • Tertiary qualifications (preferred but not essential);
  • Excellent communication skills.
