Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This growth-oriented role will focus on maintaining and expanding customer base and operations within the NSW territory.

  • Manage major accounts and develop strategic partnerships
  • Work closely with the VIC sales team and VIC Sales Manager to drive business growth
  • Travel throughout Metro Brisbane and occasionally visit regional areas
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead business development initiatives to expand market share
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of the concrete remediation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Possess a strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset
