Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This growth-oriented role will focus on maintaining and expanding customer base and operations within the NSW territory.
- Manage major accounts and develop strategic partnerships
- Work closely with the VIC sales team and VIC Sales Manager to drive business growth
- Travel throughout Metro Brisbane and occasionally visit regional areas
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives to expand market share
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
- Strong understanding of the concrete remediation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Possess a strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset
