We have an exciting opportunity within our Technical Department for a NPD Manager, who will play a crucial role in driving innovation and growth.

About the Role
  • Manage the day-to-day R&D function within the Technical team, including managing a team of 5 R&D/Regulatory colleagues.
  • Develop and Execute the Tayto Snacks R&D strategy, balancing local management unit and Category development requirements.
  • Liaise with Marketing, Commercial, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Operations teams to deliver the R&D agenda across all categories.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, organisational, and project management skills, with experience in FMCG in an R&D or Technical related discipline. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make confident decisions.
