Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Change Management Professional to join our dynamic team at Central Coast Council.

About the Role

This is a Temporary part-time role, up to 28 hours per week for 6 months, offering a salary range of $71,900 to $86,300 plus 11.5% superannuation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement workforce change programs that drive business objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships across multiple teams to achieve project success.
  • Work creatively with dynamic projects, utilizing your analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and developing reports to inform management decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering programs and initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Strong engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships with business leaders and team members.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring objectives are met.
