Job Overview

The East Coast Head of Growth will report to the GM East Coast and be responsible for building relationships with Federal, State, and Local Government agencies, with an initial focus on Health, Defence, and Indigenous Affairs. This is a full-time position based in Sydney CBD, offering a vibrant office environment with flexible working conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish strong relationships with stakeholders in government agencies.
  2. Identify and secure tender opportunities in government sectors.
  3. Develop strategies to enhance our presence, reputation, and market share within the government sector.
  4. Contribute to business development with the GM East Coast and National Director of Growth to achieve growth targets.
  5. Represent Executive Risk Solutions in various forums and events.
  6. Support the General Manager, East Coast with the establishment of the business on the East Coast office and business requirements for delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Proven track record in helping private sector companies partner with government agencies through stakeholder relationship building.
  2. Strong understanding of the tendering process within government sectors.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to work quickly and independently as well as part of a team.
  5. Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Experience in relevant government sectors is highly desirable.
