Key Responsibilities
- Guide and develop team members in measuring, analyzing, and interpreting investment performance.
- Deliver accurate performance analysis, reports, and technical requests.
- Research and resolve complex performance issues.
- Lead solutions for complex performance and attribution modeling and process enhancements.
- Provide insightful analysis and commentary to support product development and distribution initiatives.
- Collaborate with risk management and financial services teams to ensure efficient performance and attribution processes.
- Offer investment performance expertise in projects, presentations, and stakeholder meetings.
- Review and update calculation methodologies as needed.
- Experience in a finance or investment role.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; accounting or finance background preferred.
- CIPM or CFA qualifications are advantageous.
