Job Opportunity

The Line Chef is responsible for preparing food to the highest standards, while ensuring kitchen stations are set up efficiently for menu preparation.

About You
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with high volume requirements is essential.
  • A positive approach to colleagues and FOH staff is required.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and ability to operate well under pressure are key qualities for this role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain consistent quality, service, presentation, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
  • Lead junior chefs' training and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage workplace health and safety aspects and ensure all kitchen staff are trained and working in accordance with Moonlight's Food Safety program.
