About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Planner to join our team at Barclay Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our 8,000 m2 facility, ensuring that shifts run on time, safety protocols are followed, and high morale is maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule production according to customer orders, working closely with the Expeditor and Supply Coordinator to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Enforce discipline and maintain a positive work culture, fostering collaboration and open communication among team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
What We Offer:
- A dynamic and supportive work environment with a flat management structure.
- A competitive salary range of $100,000 - $115,000 + super (dependent on experience).

About You:
We are looking for a seasoned manufacturing professional with a strong background in production planning and scheduling. You will have a proven track record of driving efficiency and productivity improvements, as well as a passion for leading and developing high-performing teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in a production and/or manufacturing processes management role.
- Previous experience in a lighting manufacturing environment would be advantageous but not essential.
- Experience with health and safety standards and compliance.
- Experience in using SAP and/or ABM is preferred.
- Preferred Forklift license.
