Therapist for Pediatric Development

We are a dynamic occupational therapy and physiotherapy clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional care to children, teenagers, and young adults. With a team of 14 experienced therapists, we operate across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast.
Our mission is to provide top-notch therapy services while fostering a supportive environment for our staff to grow and develop. We strive to stay ahead of the curve by streamlining our HR processes and implementing effective KPIs and performance reviews.
Role SummaryWe seek a skilled paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating a diverse range of children, teenagers, and young adults with various therapy needs and goals.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy
- A Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
- A current Driver's License and reliable transportation
- A Level 2 First Aid Certificate
- A National Police Check
The Occupational Therapist will be accountable for:
- Leveraging their expertise to deliver goal-directed, evidence-based therapy to clients
- Administering occupational therapy assessments, developing and implementing therapy plans under supervision when necessary
- Setting clear, achievable goals for each client and tracking progress
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the growth and development of the company
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create holistic therapy programs
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent.
