The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working with a wide range of clients to provide individualized therapeutic services.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent full-time position based in Berserker and Yeppoon.
  • As a Health Services Officer, you will work closely with clients to identify their strengths, skills, experience, and vulnerabilities.
  • You will deliver evidence-based interventions, conduct assessments, and provide counseling to support clients in achieving their vocational goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical services through individual and group interventions.
  • Provide assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized plans.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Degree Qualified Counselling, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Registration/Membership with relevant professional body.
  • Experience in clinical counselling or mental health counselling.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to motivate and engage with people.
