About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forklift Driver to join our client's team in a food manufacturing facility. As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for operating high reach forklifts to load and unload trucks, as well as managing and checking documentation in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high reach forklifts up to 5 racks high
  • Counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks
  • Drive Toyota/Hyster brand forklifts
  • Packaging finished goods
  • Manage and check documentation in the warehouse
  • Use of pallet wrapping machine
  • Follow strict WHS policy and procedures on site
  • Manual handling duties up to 20kg
Requirements
  • Experience working in a food manufacturing facility (advantage)
  • Commitment to working on day shift
  • Experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts
  • LF forklift license
  • Positive attitude with attention to details
  • Reliable and responsible at all times
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
