Director of Project Delivery

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee our Victorian projects portfolio, driving business unit planning, staff development and project delivery excellence.
This role demands exceptional leadership and organisational skills to deliver outstanding outcomes for customers. Responsibilities include:
- Leading project risk mitigation initiatives.
- Managing a high-performing project portfolio through meticulous planning and execution.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrable project management experience in AV technology.
- A proven track record of team leadership and management.
- Hands-on experience with system designs, works programmes, flowcharts, technical documentation, contract deliverables and project schedules.
Prioritised qualifications include:
- A recognised qualification in project management.
- A recognised technical certification in ICT or related field.
