Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled User Experience Designer to join our team.

The Role

The successful candidate will conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, identify themes, generate hypotheses, and deliver optimization strategies. They will also coordinate stakeholders, report progress, and present wireframes and designs to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and analyze data
  • Develop and implement design solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in user experience design
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of usability best practices
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desirable Skills

  • Marketing and digital optimization experience
  • Knowledge of analytics and split testing tools
  • Google Analytics & Google Ads certifications (valued but not required)
