About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our Ambient Network operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) and National Distribution Centre (NDC) transport operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a safety-first culture and ensure commitment to chain of responsibility
  • Provide strong leadership and effective decision-making to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, including P&L responsibility and customer relationship management
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiencies, leveraging your analytical and methodical approach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your team to achieve high-performance results
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar 3PL road transport environment, with a strong understanding of financial drivers, cost control, and operational budgeting
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and drive outcomes
  • Process-driven and analytical, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and enhancing operational efficiencies
