This role involves overseeing the intake process for new enablement requests, developing project plans, and executing product-related enablement initiatives across APAC markets.

  1. The successful candidate will establish structured intake processes for new enablement requests, evaluating business impact and aligning with strategic priorities.
  2. They will create comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies for all product-related enablement initiatives.
  3. Conduct thorough training needs analysis for product launches and enhancements to identify required support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess experience in product enablement, training or a related field supporting commercial functions. Additionally, strong project management skills, ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at various levels, and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
