Web development is a dynamic field that requires professionals who can balance both front-end and back-end responsibilities.

The role of Senior Full-Stack Developer involves taking ownership of the entire web development process, from designing responsive UIs to developing scalable APIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and maintenance of our Next.js headless CMS.
  • Build high-performance front-end UIs using React, Next.js, and modern CSS frameworks.
  • Develop API integrations with third-party providers (Node.js / Next.js API routes).
  • Help manage hosting infrastructure with our internal IT team and external suppliers (Vercel and Strapi).
  • Implement and maintain security best practices.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
  • Optimise site performance for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end issues in production.
About You
  • Have 3+ years of full-stack web development experience.
  • Hold strong expertise in Next.js, React, and Node.js.
  • Be proficient with modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Have experience with headless CMSs (ideally Strapi).
  • Understand deployment pipelines and cloud hosting (Vercel, AWS, or similar).
  • Be able to handle both front-end and back-end tasks.
  • Have knowledge of third-party integrations using APIs.
  • Knowledge of performance optimisation, SEO, and accessibility standards would be preferable.
