We are looking for an experienced cleaner to join our team. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working independently and as part of a team to support the well-being of customers.
  • Providing top-notch home care domestic services, including cleaning and ensuring the living spaces of our customers are clean and comfortable.
  • Traveling between customers' homes and attending site-based training.
  • Assisting customers to live a good life by providing exceptional service.

As a cleaner, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and inclusive environment. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of care and support.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills and a genuine caring nature. You should also be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Fluency in English language, including written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for supporting choice and independence.
  • High-level customer service experience.
  • Availability between Monday to Friday.
  • Ability to operate a smartphone.
