Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join our in-house team, supporting Stockland's diverse portfolio of Masterplanned communities. As a key member of our national contracts team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute complex contracts, including sale of land, put and calls, accretions, nominees, leasebacks, display village, and mortgage/vendor finance arrangements.
  • Support plan registration, manage settlement, and post-settlement activities for our clients.
  • Utilize PEXA across all subscriptions, maintaining expertise through regular training and proficiency in signing financials.
  • Ensure compliance with Conveyancing Compliance Plans, subject to necessary training.
  • Participate in implementing initiatives within the Release to Settle Transformation or other relevant projects within the state, embedding changes and measuring benefits.
About You
  • A minimum of 12 months experience as a Conveyancer in a legal or similar environment is essential.
  • Holding a conveyancing licence would be advantageous.
  • PEXA experience is mandatory, while expertise using DocuSign, SharePoint, or Salesforce is ideal but not required.
  • You possess strong collaboration skills, working effectively as part of a team.
  • You are a self-starter, organized, with great attention to detail and a natural problem solver.
The Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between $90,000 and $110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
