Senior People and Culture Partner

  • This is a mid-senior level position that involves partnering with the business to ensure it has the right people for its clients and the right environment for its employees to achieve its strategic goals.

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who can provide high-level support to internal stakeholders and help us achieve our objective of enabling our people to build a positive, values-driven high-performance culture.

  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to influence senior leaders in decision-making.
  • They will also have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and anticipate future business needs, develop long-term HR plans, and measure the impact of HR initiatives on overall business performance.
  • A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of employment law, HR policies, procedures, and best practice processes are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the business to ensure it has the right people for its clients and the right environment for its employees.
  • Providing high-level support to internal stakeholders.
  • Helping to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business's goals and objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment law and HR policies and procedures.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

">
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Change Management, or equivalent.
  • 4-5+ years' previous experience in a dedicated HR business partnering role providing a high level of support to internal stakeholders.
  • Exposure or experience using a talent management methodology (e.g., 9-box grid).
  • Knowledge and practical experience in Change Management activities.
  • Experience in developing business strategies.
