Automotive Inspector

We're seeking a skilled Automotive Assessor to join our team at Carma. As a key member of our operations, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our pre-owned vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and Assess Vehicles: Conduct thorough inspections of our cars to identify any damage or issues, and recommend the best course of action for repair or refurbishment.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with our engineering, marketing, and buying teams to ensure that our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Develop and Implement Quality Plans: Use your expertise to create and implement quality plans that balance quality, time, and cost to deliver the best possible vehicles for our customers.
- Monitor and Improve Processes: Continuously monitor and improve our processes to ensure that we're delivering the highest quality vehicles to our customers.
- Experience and Skills: You'll need to have a strong understanding of vehicle inspections and repairs, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with our systems, data, and market insights is essential for this role.
- Team Player: You'll be working closely with our team, so you'll need to be a reliable and collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Driver's Licence: A clean NSW driver's licence is required for this role.
