Labourer Role

This is a physically demanding role that requires good mechanical skills and the ability to work as part of a small team.

  • The labourer will be based on a concrete recycling plant where they will work closely with colleagues to achieve daily goals.
  • Responsibilities include standing near a moving conveyor belt, performing routine plant maintenance such as greasing rollers and changing screens, and general housekeeping using shovels and brooms.
  • Operation of a variety of machinery (excavators, bobcats, water truck) is also required.
  • The labourer must actively participate in daily toolboxes and set high standards for safety, productivity, and efficiency.

Apart from working hours and physical requirements, the ideal candidate should possess some experience in mobile plant operation, own reliable transport and look for a long-term role.
