Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of technical projects, focusing on electrical, mechanical, and controls systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in live environments and excellent technical capabilities.

  • Responsibilities include planning, overseeing works with an emphasis on safety, quality, and performance outcomes; establishing project governance, reporting, and change control processes; and interfacing with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project stages.
  • The successful candidate will also support procurement activities and tender evaluations; contribute to internal processes, financial management, and quality assurance; and develop Turner & Townsend's technical services offering across client portfolios.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in building/technical services, preferably with a focus on live environments; tertiary qualification in engineering (electrical/mechanical); or substantial, demonstrable industry experience in a relevant technical field.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders; deep understanding of building systems and technical capabilities.
