Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of industrial and logistics assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering improved asset performance and net operating income (NOI).

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing asset-level profit and loss statements, cash flow, valuations, and capital expenditure planning. They will also build and maintain financial models, lead leasing negotiations, and oversee budgets.
