Aged Care Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants at Bella Vista Gardens, our award-winning residential aged care facility in the Sydney Hills District.
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will work collaboratively with our dynamic team to deliver exceptional care and service to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering personal care to residents in a safe and effective manner, tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
- Collaborating with the care team to ensure the highest quality of care and services are provided at all times.
