  • Lead and manage nursing and other clinical and non-clinical support services to achieve safe quality care outcomes that meet the goals of the individual and the facility.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and develop training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Postgraduate qualification in nursing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a nursing management role, preferably in a healthcare facility.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
