About the Role
- Provide physiotherapy services in the community to clients receiving funding through various programs.
- Utilise clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to deliver effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement and review treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Evidence of COVID-19 and flu vaccination.
- A valid Australian driver's license.
- Regular access to a car.
