Senior Data Systems Developer

We seek an accomplished software engineer to lead the development of large-scale data systems and AI/ML solution platforms.

  • Design, build, and operate high-performance data infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain scalable, clean, and testable Python-based solutions.
  • Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system reliability and performance.

About the Role:

As a key team member, you will contribute to designing and implementing best practices for AI Agents and enable other business functions to deploy AI Agents to solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

System Development: You will design, build, and maintain solutions that power key business functions.

Ai Tooling Development: You will own best practices for AI Agents and enable other business functions to deploy AI Agents.

System Reliability & Observability: You will design and implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.

Technical Leadership: You will define and establish engineering standards and best practices for your team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience: 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on scalable data-intensive systems.

Expertise: Hands-on experience with end-to-end ML lifecycles, ML production deployment, Kubernetes orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines. Deep expertise in Site Reliability Engineering principles and practical experience with modern observability and monitoring tools, and Infrastructure as Code.
