We are seeking enthusiastic and cheerful Holiday Assistants to join our team this season. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in making the holiday season sparkle for our customers. Whether it's assisting with decorating a Christmas tree, creating a welcoming atmosphere, or helping customers find the perfect holiday gifts, you will be an integral part of our team.

Requirements

We are looking for Holiday Assistants who are customer-focused, enthusiastic, and able to work well in a team environment. Successful candidates will:

  • Have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a love of beautiful homewares
  • Bring high positive energy, confidence, and a can-do approach to team goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide seamless point-of-sale service that is engaging and efficient
  • Assist with operational tasks as required, such as unpacking and replenishing stock, and be involved in visual merchandising to maintain a high level of store presentation
  • Have great availability to work during peak trading times, including evenings and weekends

Candidates with extensive availability over the holiday period and the ability to work during peak trading times will be given preference.
