You will be working as part of a skilled team in our infrastructure investment business, interacting with colleagues based both in Sydney and overseas. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious high achievers that will provide excellent exposure.

  1. Review quarterly capital calls and distributions to underlying investors for each asset
  2. Review management fee and commitment fee files
  3. Review financial statements and investor reporting across each investment structure
  4. Review Incentive Compensation models for each asset
  5. Assist in the preparation of capital events
  6. Coordinate with auditors on a semi-annual basis for financial statement audits
  7. Coordinate with Trustee of each entity as needed
  8. Understand expense allocation process across each asset and each underlying investor
  9. Coordinate with and direct fund administrators
  10. Prepare cash movements and manage treasury function
  11. Prepare performance calculations
  12. Understand fund and deal structures
  13. Ad hoc requests
About You

We are looking for individuals with an excellent academic track record, who have worked in a Big 4 accounting firm or another global business, or hold an accounting or finance degree with solid grades. You should want to work in a professional environment, be eager to learn and grow, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
