Automotive Workshop Leader

Are you a seasoned automotive professional looking to take on a senior management role?

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Automotive Workshop Manager to join a rapidly growing team within a leading automotive business.

We are seeking a natural leader who is keen to drive success and bring the best possible experience to customers from all walks of life. The ideal candidate will have previous experience running a busy automotive workshop or be a highly experienced Workshop foreman looking to take the next step into a more senior management role.

The successful applicant must also be available to work every second Saturday and be willing to collaborate with their team when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and customer service
  • Management of store budgets and KPI's
  • Customer service
  • Booking jobs
  • Accounts
  • Invoicing
  • Direct dealings with head office
  • Allocating jobs to technicians
  • Training and coaching of staff members
  • Performing mechanical duties when required
  • Ordering of stock and parts
  • Cash handling
  • Opening and closing of the store

Requirements:

  • Qualified mechanic
  • Previous experience running a busy automotive workshop or a highly experienced Workshop foreman
