As a leading professional in external affairs and public relations, you will lead our bank's efforts to engage with stakeholders, customers, and employees. This role offers an opportunity to define how we interact externally and internally, driving effective engagement and communication.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with senior media, industry, and community stakeholders, supporting the communications agenda and partnering with our CEO and EXCO to ensure our positioning is clear.

You will work closely with brand and marketing activity to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and positioning, leveraging our strong employer brand credentials to build internal pride and culture.

This role also involves helping us position as a leader in the sustainability space and delivering meaningful partnership collaborations with the community and for our business.

Leadership of high-performing teams and providing key opportunities for growth and personal development are essential aspects of this role.
