We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our team at Bupa Dental – Mount Barker. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage clinical staff, including running clinical team meetings and liaising with the Practice Principal, Practice Manager, and front office staff.
- Assist with implant surgery, periodontal surgery, and other procedures, and train other team members in all procedures.
- Provide high-end patient care, building and maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly and caring manner.
- Manage stock, maintain and implement procedures relating to the clinic, and provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions.
- Implement, monitor, and report on repairs and maintenance across the practice, and roster staff and assist with training and career progression of the team.
- Experience in a busy dental practice, ideally as a clinical coordinator with dental assistant experience.
- Cert III in Dental Assisting is advantageous.
- Proven record in time management and organisation skills.
- Excellent professional bearing, highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to motivate others.
- History of staff and clinical management.
- A keen eye for detail, great organisation and time management skills, and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to set an example for others (i.e. punctuality, skills, work ethic).
