Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead sourcing, conduct RFPs, analysis, supplier negotiations and manage complex contracts and vendor relationships. This individual will drive cost savings, performance and supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing initiatives to identify and engage with potential suppliers.
  • Conduct thorough RFP processes to ensure optimal vendor selection.
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to improve procurement efficiency.
  • Negotiate and manage complex contracts to meet business needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure high-quality services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement with a proven track record of driving cost savings and improving supply chain efficiency.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to build effective relationships with vendors.
  • Proactive, collaborative and results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
