Empower Customers

As a Retail Assistant, you are an ambassador for the beauty brand. You will inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves by providing exceptional customer service.

You'll be equipped with initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online learning platform and field trainers to stay up-to-date with the latest products and trends.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating an amazing customer experience by listening and embracing each customer's unique needs.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of our iconic brands to share with customers and fellow team members.
  • Participating in cross-training and attending in-store beauty expert training sessions to continuously learn and explore.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
  • A passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
