The Director of Finance will oversee all financial aspects of the hotel's operation, from accounting practices to cash management and insurance matters. You will work closely with your team and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met, while proactively initiating communication with owners.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing multiple tasks with accuracy, working within a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to build effective relationships with all stakeholders and develop a culture of growth and accountability.

About the Role

  • Ensure all financial practices comply with Company and Government regulations
  • Compile, update and maintain all budgets and forecasts
  • Administer and control all cash management for the Hotel
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors
  • Work closely with Departments to ensure payroll management and efficiencies
  • Actively lead, coach and mentor all members of the Finance team
