Residential Support Specialist

The delivery of essential housing and infrastructure services is a critical function of the department.

This position involves managing and monitoring a designated number of residential tenancies to ensure tenants receive necessary support, rent payments are maintained, and properties are properly cared for.

  • Manage a portfolio of residential tenancies, ensuring timely and effective communication with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenancy information, payments, and property maintenance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
