What You'll Do
- Manage Daily Logistics
As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will oversee warehouse operations to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. You will manage customer relations, employee welfare, and satisfaction, while leading a committed team to achieve greatness.
Ensure Customer SatisfactionYou will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Build RelationshipsYou will build and maintain positive relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
Drive ProductivityYou will maintain location and inventory accuracy, increasing productivity streams and ensuring the customer's annual business plan is met.
What We're Looking For
- Experience
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, with a strong background in warehouse operations and team management.
SkillsSuperior knowledge of warehouse operations, labor planning, cost management, and improvement opportunities. Excellent people management skills, with the ability to influence across a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders.
QualificationsExceptional end-to-end knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, with a strong background in labor planning, cost management, and improvement opportunities. Strong experience with WMS, ideally SAP or Manhattan systems.
