Key Responsibilities
  • You will plan, book travel and convert customer enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email.
  • Work towards individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets, where you'll sell the whole holiday experience including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more.
  • Develop a loyal customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays and everything in between.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Exceptional organisational skills - you're adept at taking notes, managing calendars efficiently and responding promptly to customer calls and emails.
  • A genuine passion for travel and desire to help customers explore the world.
  • Determination to meet your sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a balanced workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm, passion and warmth that makes customers want to book with you every time.
  • Proficiency in computers, able to navigate multiple complex systems quickly when finding the perfect flight and package options for customers.
