Description:
Welcome to the beautiful Hamilton Island, a boating paradise located in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Marina Host to join our team.
">Your Day-to-Day Tasks:
">- Coordinate arrivals, departures, airport and resort transfers for our marina guests
- Meet and greet all vessel owners and crew into the marina and Dent Island moorings
- Ensure a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Fulfill day-to-day requests from skippers including cleaning and detailing of vessels; delivery and pickup of laundry and linen and administration duties
- Take payments
- Deal with general enquiries and complaints in a pleasant and efficient manner
- Assist with marina office and boatyard duties as required
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A current QLD drivers license
- Ability to obtain an RDA
- Coxswain 3 qualification
- Current First Aid
- Advanced Resuscitation
- Strong Administration skills
- High standard of personal presentation
- Ability to communicate with a range of guests and key stakeholders
