Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Be operationally hands-on and lead by example, ensuring a high level of service and quality in all aspects of bar operations.
  • Beverage Creation: Create and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Menu Development: Contribute to menu content, assist the Bar Manager with developing menu changes, and participate in promotional activities.
  • Guest Service: Receive orders, serve guest requests, and maintain a clean and well-prepared service area.
  • Account Management: Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all guest accounts.

Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-end bar.
  • Skills: Ability to create classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wine knowledge.
  • Presentation: Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility in hours, as you will be working rostered shifts, especially on weekends.
  • Conflict Resolution: Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and conflict.
  • Pressure Management: Work efficiently under pressure.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-presented, organized, and have a positive nature.
