We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic thinker to lead our Global Projects team as a Head of Global Projects. This pivotal role will play a crucial part in ensuring that every dollar raised by our customers is invested effectively in projects and partnerships that drive maximum impact.

About the Role:

As a champion for community impact, you will inspire and motivate our team by communicating a clear and compelling vision and plan. Your expertise in relationship-building will be key in establishing strong partnerships, allowing us to measure the true impact of all Foundation projects.

You will represent the Foundation and lead teams across multiple countries, including Australia, Uganda, South Africa, and Thailand. You will also drive initiatives and partnerships that align with our pillars of Education, Environment, Mental Health, and First Nations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of effective project strategies
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Drive innovation and creativity in project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Represent the Foundation at internal and external events

Requirements:

  • Qualification or equivalent experience in social impact, development, or community impact
  • Previous experience in cross-cultural educational settings
  • Proven communication skills with the ability to drive and influence change and support through clear messaging
  • Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills
  • High-level organisation and planning skills
  • Established leadership skills to develop and support a team
