Production Officer Job Opportunity">

The Production Officer role is a vital part of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of production plans and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Follow production plans to achieve deadlines and liaise with team members to coordinate job goods on back orders and ready for despatch each day.">
  • Update client embroidery details and transfer details for each job and file in production folders after job completion every Friday.">
  • Operate commercial embroidery machines and heat press to decorate work wear, school wear, and promotional goods.">
  • Perform monthly maintenance on commercial machines, recording maintenance history and technical issues/faults/rectifications as they occur.">
  • Trim and pack goods for despatch by couriers according to procedures.">
  • Liaise with couriers for pick-ups at CIS.">
  • Receive deliveries and check goods for back orders and quality by day's end to report to the team.">
  • Report machine utilisation and spoilage costs monthly on the first week of the month.">
  • Conduct quick stocktake of production consumables on the last Friday of the month for purchasing requests the following week.">
  • Use embroidery digitising software to digitize names and fix client logo embroidery files by resizing or removing parts/adding text.">
  • Maintain general housekeeping duties in the work area.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Must be physically fit due to lifting involved and possess good eyesight for needle threading.">
  • Able to plan and work in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Computer skills to access network files and basic Excel spreadsheet use.">
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.">
  • Previous sewing experience would be an advantage.">
  • Training will be provided to operate decorating commercial machines, heat press, and digitising software.">
