The Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Return to Work Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and fostering positive client relationships to achieve continued consultancy arrangements and repeat referrals through annual audits, reviews, and consultancy. Your ability to apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading a team of Return to Work Coordinators delivering RTW services at a wide range of industries and organisations
- The safe and sustained return to work of workers
- Decreased lost time impact to the business
- Decreased workers compensation insurance premiums on employers
- Ensuring psychological safety for all team members fostering strong relationships for your team members to thrive in a positive work environment.
- Providing coaching for team members to develop and support achievement of individual goals.
- Managing key customers and accounts.
Requirements
- Return to Work Coordinator Certification or similar
- Minimum 2 years experience in work rehabilitation / return to work
- Allied Health background is highly desirable
- Knowledge of workers compensation legislation and regulation highly desirable but not mandatory
Salary
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience

- Able to work independently, manage time and priorities however still able to work as part of a broader team
