ICT Specialist

At Techwell, we're seeking a highly skilled ICT Engineer to join our team. As an ICT Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional IT services to our customers.

• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, mobiles, and other ICT infrastructure
• Participate in a security-first culture and support sales teams with pre-sales requirements
• Deploy customer M365 environments and provide on-site and remote troubleshooting
• Conduct installations of networks, servers, and software according to customer requirements
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and adhere to documenting and change management standards
• Provide basic customer training on installed products and build rapport with customers
• Work with sales and project delivery teams to manage jobs to successful completion
• General project administration duties, stock, and inventory management

• Technical problem-solving skills and experience in managed service environments
• Ability to support sales teams in hardware, software, and cloud pre-sales capabilities
• Excellent presentation and customer service skills with the ability to deliver customer training
• Self-driven and motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work autonomously
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a busy environment
