Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and assistance to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Investigate and resolve technical issues related to IT systems and infrastructure.
  2. Provide timely and effective support to staff via various channels.
  3. Develop and maintain knowledgebase articles and standard operating procedures.
  4. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in IT service management and technical support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Windows, and ITIL frameworks.
  • Ability to learn and understand Australian electoral law and practice.
  • Strong commitment to working harmoniously within a team and achieving positive results.
